Join Vanessa Kronzer, Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide (Kripalu), for a peaceful and grounding Mindful Nature Walk designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you.

What to Expect:

  • Guided mindfulness and breathing practices
  • Mindful walking to promote sensory awareness
  • Sitting nature-based meditation
  • A chance to slow down, de-stress, and restore balance

All experience levels welcome, offered for participants ages 15+.
