Guided mindfulness and breathing practices
Slow mindful walking on nature trails for sensory awareness
Sitting nature-based meditation in the woods
Offered for participants ages 15+. Note meeting location is Quarry Hill West shelter, NOT the nature center. Please be sure to arrive early, as the mindful experience will start promptly.
